Getting Started is Easy!
Look for your welcome email and follow the steps below get started.
01Download the Direct2Care app
Use the links provided below or in your welcome email, download the app to your tablet or smart phone.02Create an account
Using your employee email and the temporary password from your Direct2Care Welcome email, create your account. Follow the prompts to create a unique password and provide your personal information. In the future, you can use biometrics (like Face ID) to sign in.03Add your family members
Under the Settings menu in the app, Click on Household Members and add a new member. More info on family member eligibility here >04Schedule an appointment
Click on Get Care and select the type of care you are looking for to request immediate care (typical wait time is 6–10 minutes) or schedule an appointment for a later date.05Prepare for the appointment
Verify you have a stable internet connection and a device that can connect to the platform. You may also want to prepare a list of questions or concerns to discuss with your healthcare provider. Depending on your ailment, you may want to be in a private location.06Meet with your provider
At the scheduled time, login to Direct2Care’s platform and join the appointment. During the appointment, you'll be able to speak with your healthcare provider and receive medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment as necessary.07Follow-up
After the appointment, your healthcare provider may provide follow-up instructions or schedule a follow-up appointment.

Language Help
Our app is available in Spanish as well as English. We have full support for multiple languages so you can also request assistance in a number of different languages. Please note, less common languages may require scheduling with an interpreter.
