Getting Started is Easy!
01Download the Direct2Care appUse the links provided below or in your welcome email, download the app to your tablet or smart phone.
02Create an accountUse the "Find Me" lookup feature to finish setting up the account your employer started for you. Follow the prompts to create a password and set up biometrics (like Face/Touch ID) to make logging in faster next time.
03Add your family membersUnder the Settings menu in the app, Click on Household Members and add a new member. More info on family member eligibility here >
04Schedule an appointmentClick on Get Care and select the type of care you are looking for to request immediate care (typical wait time is 10-15 minutes).
05Prepare for the appointmentVerify you have a stable internet connection and a device that can connect to the platform. You may also want to prepare a list of questions or concerns to discuss with your healthcare provider. Depending on your ailment, you may want to be in a private location.
06Meet with your providerRequest a visit when convenient for you. Login to the Direct2Care app to get care. During the visit, you'll be able to speak with your healthcare provider and receive medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment as necessary.
07Follow-upAfter your visit, your healthcare provider may provide follow-up instructions or a note, which you will receive via email.

Our app is available in Spanish as well as English. We have full support for multiple languages so you can also request assistance in a number of different languages. Please note, less common languages may require scheduling with an interpreter.
